1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Global Card Grading ("GCG") services, website, or tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

GCG provides professional trading card authentication and grading services. We evaluate cards based on Centering, Corners, Edges, and Surface condition, and assign a grade on a 1-10 scale. Our grading opinions are professional assessments and may differ from other grading companies.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Orders & Pricing

• Bulk Tier: $14 per card (10 card minimum)
• Standard Tier: $20 per card (8 card minimum)
• Express Tier: $50 per card (no minimum)

Prices are subject to change. All sales are final once grading has begun. We charge by service tier, not by card value.

5. Shipping & Handling

You are responsible for properly packaging and shipping cards to our facility. GCG is not liable for damage that occurs during transit to us. We will use reasonable care when handling your cards but are not responsible for pre-existing damage. Return shipping is included in the grading fee.

6. Grading Standards

All grades assigned by GCG represent our professional opinion at the time of grading. Grades are final and non-negotiable. We reserve the right to decline grading any card that appears counterfeit, altered, or trimmed. GCG grades should not be considered a guarantee of value.

7. Limitation of Liability

GCG's total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific grading service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability for lost or damaged cards is limited to the declared value at time of submission or $500 per card, whichever is less.

8. Tools & Subscriptions

GCG may offer digital tools (such as Deal Finder and Comp Lookup) with free and premium tiers. Free-tier usage is subject to daily limits. Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. We reserve the right to modify tool features and pricing with notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Global Card Grading and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. Upon termination, any pending orders will be completed and cards returned.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
